It was a lot of drama.
Ashley did not charge me in the end, I appreciated that.
I was extremely frustrated that I had an 8 AM appointment and when I went to recover my car at 4 PM, it wasn’t ready.
I was very angry to say the least.
Ashley wanted me to leave happy and I walked away with my car fixed for FREE!

I had an appointment for an oil change last week. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, they had not started working on my car. I rescheduled for today. It took 2 hours for my oil change so I’m wondering what is the point of making an appointment. I do appreciate the service I get from my advisor, Fernando.
