Never got an update unless I went up to ask. I was there for three hours just for some clips that my car needed due to a recall. I was able to see after two hours through a window that no one was working on it and everyone was just eating. Guess it was lunch time for them but customers had to wait. Explanation I got was that they were looking for the part and since it was a holiday, there were too many people. You guys should not overbook appointments. Also, I had scheduled my appointment in advance and was told the part was available. Why take so long to find a part. Very disappointed. Going to you guys is actually wasting a whole day. Sorry

Great service. Everyone is always really friendly. I am embarrassed to admit that I am terrible with remembering names and I always end up giving everyone a hard time to find my vehicle because I can’t remember my service representative name, sometimes I get asked his name before I have seen him in person myself. Maybe adding that information to the automatic text messages would be helpful.

For starters, I have now been there twice and have requested when messages are send to me they are addressed to me as Iris not Zachary because he is my husband. I was in the car waiting for about 10 minutes before someone came out to even check if I’d been helped. The person who met me at the car was wonderful and I could tell actually cared what I had to say and the importance of the fix. However, someone who called me on the phone told me there were no tires and could only offer that I use my spare. After I said multiple times that would not work because I have to go on the interstate frequently for work he continued to say that was all that could be offered to me or I could continue to drive with the tire that was becoming flat due to the nail in it and I couldn’t not count on the fix being possible until Tuesday. However, when the person who helped me from the start came to talk to me about it he listened and quickly found a manager to make a solution happen that would work. It turned out there was a brand new tire that fit my vehicle the whole time and it had not been offered to me previously only because it was a different brand than the three tires I had. This made me feel lied to and manipulated due to the person on the phone, who I believe to be the technician, has told me there were no tires. I also felt as if my husband Zachary had been able to bring my car in, if he were not deployed, none of this would have been and issue. I also was not given a paper detailed with the tire I was given or any proof of the visit other than this message asking me to fill out this survey. However, to end on a positive I believe the guy who helped me the most, Mikey I believe was his name was great!
