Minimal feedback from Manuel R Hernandez and seemed not interested in my vehicle needs and never provide direct feedback 1:1 as previous advisors. Not even when the vehicle was ready he was able to attend me.
Nevertheless, Joel was more attentive and Joel was the extra mile with the attention not provided by Manuel and offered me the courtesy car-wash.. kudos to Joel not for Manuel.
