It took me over an hour to get my service rep to return my call. I called and called and I was just given the run around. I ended up having to show up in person to find that my service rep had been there the whole time, despite me being told he wasn’t. Completely unacceptable, however, this isn’t the first time. Had this happen before and I’ve only serviced my vehicle twice at the service department.
