My service advisor was wonderful, courteous, and professional - but clearly very busy. When my car was ready I went inside and was advised by the person at the payment counter to talk to my service advisor. She was on the phone so an older man asked me what I needed. I told him my car was ready. He asked for my name and pulled my file. I signed and he told me he would go get my car so I walked outside. After waiting several minutes I saw my car parked in the front but it was locked and I did not see the employee with my key. I went back inside and told my service advisor who found my keys on her desk. I understand it’s busy, but just take care of each customer until your finished.
