Had new tire installed after blow out. Ordered tire and it arrived within 3 days. I arrived at the dealership and dropped off the car at service department. Was told tire change would take 1 hour. Jacob called to tell me the car was ready. Came back and unable to find Jacob. Another service advisor said the tire was not in stock and was on order. After a delay I finally found Jacob. Followed Jacob to the car and jokingly asked ‘let’s check for the spare tire’ and it was not in the car. Jacob did go to the service area and did retrieve the tire. Then when I went to pay, the cost was more than the quoted price. If I had left the dealership without checking for the spare tire, I am wondering when I would have known it was not there and if I would have gotten the spare back.

I was there for about 5 hours waiting. According to the person helping me, he said he was just waiting for the insurance to reply back to him approving the two blowouts I had. He said for me to call them so they can sppped up the process. I went ahead and called them and got it approved. It seemed that I was an employee there since I had to do basically everything.

My vehicle was finished after ten hours of work on it, I spent over $800+ and I was given my vehicle not washed as promised, and with added oil stains and gunk on my vehicle door, armrests , wheel handle, parking brake handle, knob shifter, it was a mess. I told the service manager but I really had to go after ten hours of waiting, it’s upsetting. Because I had to get a degreaser to remove the oil smudges.
