I had an open recall on my rear leaf springs, and it turns out my driver-side leaf spring gave out. It could’ve punctured the gas tank and potentially caused serious damage—or even a fire. Thankfully, Fox Toyota stepped in and handled it fast. They took my Tacoma in and had it fixed in just one day!

The report said that my cabin filter needs to be changed. Immediate action! But they didn’t ask me if I wanted it changed until I was about to cash out. No, I don’t want to stay another 2 hours for something that they usually do before cashing out. But other than that it was great!
