Fox Toyota of El Paso Auto Repair Service

I’m am very disappointed in the past service on my Tundra. May 24th the front break pads were replaced and the Resurfacing of the rotors was done. I picked up my truck that same day. Come Saturday (the 25th) after noon I drove my truck and noticed something was not right with the breaks, I turned around and headed back home. When I pushed the breaks to slow down I was almost involved in an accident because the breaks were not working properly! My home was not far, I was able to make it back slowly. After getting out of my truck I noticed my front left tire full of break fluid. After having the hardest time getting someone from Fox to answer my call, Manny advised me to call a tow truck and have it taken to the dealership. My 1st problem is that my breaks should not be failing right after a service. 2, when speaking with Manny and telling him what happened, the first thing said was “it could’ve that a rock hit something and caused a leak” that automatically makes me think it was an error done by the mechanic’s. 3rd once my truck was ready, Manny advised me that something was not tightened correctly and so there was a leak of the break fluid. He then says, “sorry about that”. I could have been in a car accident all due to the mistake of the dealership and all I got was a “sorry about that”. This is not okay!! I have been loyal to the dealership, I understand mistakes happened but this is one that could have hurt someone and the simple “Sorry about that” shows not all advisers care about the dealerships client’s. I also did not receive any paperwork on what was done to My Tundra to fix this mistake that was done on the 24th.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and wheel alignment. After 2 hours the oil change was not even complete and the advisor told me that the wheel alignment would take another 2 hours. I requested the oil change be done urgently and declined to wait for the wheel alignment. Please do something about the wait time to get vehicles serviced. An oil change and alignment should not take 4+ hours

Mr. Hernandez was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and above all excellent customer service qualities.

I arrived at 0700 and did not get my vehicle ready until 2.5 hrs later. Usually the service also comes with a car wash and they did not do that for my car yet they left my windshield all dirty and with a white marker on the shield that they should have removed before returning my vehicle.
