This was my first experience being taken care of by service rep Hector Pasillas and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt very comfortable under his care and will definitely continue to request him as my service rep. As usual, I’ve very satisfied with the work done on my Corolla.

I went many times to fix problems they said the vehicle didn’t have any problems at the end they fix the air filter because it has the old one and they had to put some Freon the car keep trembling when the air conditioner is on in parking .

As a loyal customer for over 20 years, I was disappointed that even with a flyer, the final discount came to only $50 after an additional adjustment.

I went in for a tire check I saw it had a screw and I showed up with no appointment and my tire was replaced within 45 minutes which Saul originally said about an hour and a half. Today I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a full vehicle inspection before heading out of town for the Fourth of July weekend in Austin. I called Gabe in the service department, and he was able to schedule me for the very next day.
I dropped my car off at 8 AM, expecting it to take most of the day. To my surprise, I received a text from Gabe just a few hours later letting me know the work was already done. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism, speed, and overall experience.
I highly recommend the Toyota Service Department—they made me feel confident and safe for my upcoming road trip. Great service all around!
