I sent my husband to do a repair on my tire due to a flat tire. They assigned me to Manny in which I had be very met. I had called him the day before to let him know if my tires were still under warranty and he was busy he never returned my call. Hence forward I sent my husband anyway Manny took it upon himself to get a new tire and said that my tires were still was not repairable and said the nail was on the side. My husband asked to see the tire and the mechanic told him that it was repairable and lied to my husband to his face. I am upset because I trust my car to be in good hands and not to be lied to and to be deceived
Ashley was my advisor before she moved to Lexus and she would go above and beyond for me
My car is due for an oil change and I don’t want Manny as my advisor
