Jose begin serving me when I went to pick up the truck but then he stopped in midstream to actually dial another customer and begin to discuss that other customers battery problem for 15 to 20 minutes then when he got back to me he said “here’s your keys” without giving me any paperwork. Then I said “can I have the paperwork?” And he said “do you want the receipt ?” And I said “yes”. He brought out one sheet that explained what was done. Then I asked him “where does it say here that the part that was ordered for my brakes from the bulletin was installed?” He did not know or made any effort to find out why it wasn’t on the receipt he gave me. He was not knowledgeable and he didn’t care about inconveniencing me as a customer

I had a 1:15 PM appointment and arrived early, being the first vehicle in line. Despite this, I waited over 20 minutes without being attended to. I tried to get the attention of a transporter, but was ignored. I had to call the service department from my car to get assistance. This was disappointing, especially given my many years of getting oil changes with Toyota and Lexus.
When I finally connected with Jose, he was courteous in person, but on the phone he came across as annoyed, which added to the frustration. Thankfully, he was more pleasant during pickup and helped redeem the experience somewhat. However, overall, this was a disappointing service visit I’ve had.
