The cashier was not friendly or helpful. Some woman was talking to her about things unrelated to vehicle service and for some reason the cashier wouldn’t acknowledge me. I didn’t know where Jake, my service reps desk was at so I was waiting to ask her, and finally the woman who was talking to the cashier about the El Paso Chihuahuas asked me if I needed help. I just thought the cashier was very rude and didn’t care if she helped me or not. It was super irritating to me especially when I was getting ready to pay nearly $1000 for car repairs. However, Jake was very nice and helpful and I appreciated that it was easy to get in touch with him regarding my car repairs.
