Horrible service,never contacted me! I called they couldn’t find him! They told me they couldn’t connect to the internet to find out my status on the vehicle. No leadership in service department

all is great EXCEPT, whoever drives my car to the shop bay area, changed seat settings, ok, but also changed AC settings and turned on vents in seat!! REALLY??? its not their car and driving it for one minute max doesn't warrant any changes other than seat depth!!

i'm very disappointed i took my truck today and they gave me a price and when i got there they gave me another super high price.
other thing is that every time i took my truck there they told me things that my truck need to have done when i already pay for those services.
my question is are you guys really do the work and didnt up date the computer system?
