THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was notified that the parts needed to fix my suv back door had arrived, therefore I made the appointment to finally get it fixed. I brought my SUV in at 0715 am and I WAITED in the lobby for THREE HOURS!!!! Nobody gave me any updates of the progress/delay of my suv maintenance. I went to the counter and asked ‘what’s going on?’ My advisor ‘Janeth’ said, ‘oh, Manual is handling your case.’ I go to Manuel’s counter, he says, ‘we need to order other parts to fix your suv. Janeth, can you close this case? WTH!!!!!!!!! IT TOOK 3 HRS OF ME WAITING THE LOBBY FOR SOMEONE TO SAY ‘WE NEED TO ORDER MORE PARTS?!!!! Why couldn’t someone notify me earlier????? I’ve been a customer of Fox Toyota since 2009 and I have NEVER seen such INCOMPETENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Adrian used to be my advisor when I had my Tacoma and I never had any problems. I DO NOT want Janeth handling my suv maintenance anymore!!!! Give me someone who actually knows what they are doing!! I’ve had a previous complaint a few weeks ago and now this??!!!

I arrived at 9am, had an appointment at 9:15 and my car wasn’t ready until very close to 3pm. I was advised 2-3 hours when I dropped it off. Had I known, I would’ve rescheduled. I missed an appointment I had by almost 30 minutes.
