The service took longer than was mentioned. Service representative confused my vehicle with another customer. He was not keeping track of items serviced in my vehicle. He was about to add additional services and stopped them when I reminded him about my car. He said I would have had to pay for them. I am not even sure if all the services were done. The recall was finally done after a few visits of telling me that there were no parts. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service.
