I was so happy with the service from Jim Shorkey Toyota. I’m from out of town and had my car towed in with a flat tire and left overnight. The service department got in touch with me right away in the morning. They kept me informed with reports throughout the day. My mechanic, Kate, was excellent. Her report for the estimate was thorough and professional. She answered any questions I had right away. She got the job done very quickly despite me being a drop in client on a very busy day vage was always friendly and helpful in our communications whether over the phone or by text. My car was repaired quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jim Shorkey Toyota with a shout out to Kate as an excellent mechanic.

Antonio completely did not satisfy me. First, he did not ever order the mirror parts I need for my Sienna. He never contacted me. When I stopped to see him he said they were in order for $530.00 each and he scheduled me for Thursday, 6/26 at 9:30am. On Wednesday, 6/25, I called to confirm and was told by your service lady that I had no appointment so she scheduled me for 11:30 on 6/26. When I got there, Bill said no parts were ever ordered. He ordered them. Now I am waiting.

Antonio did a fine job when I dropped off the truck. However he was off today when Mike called me and let me know the truck was ready. I then was pushed back and forth between the two Mike’s once I arrived there for the pickup. Both seemed annoyed I was there. Very poor experience. Call ****-****-xxxx if you need anymore details.
