I like that inspection was communicated via text message. It seemed to make the wait a little more tolerable. The only other comment I can make is that the seat adjustment be put back in its original position. I'm 84 years old and didn't know how to make the adjustment. I googled it.

He was honest! I didn’t actually need breaks and he didn’t make me feel stupid about it. That kind of professionalism goes a long way. In addition, he took my Case from another employee who was late. Waited for over 2 hours only to be told the couldn't fix my truck. The part that needed replaced was under the cover, all they had to do is remove the cover that that shields the parking sensor.
