Good evening,
Today’s experience was much better than my last two experiences with the service department. Joshua was very professional and courteous. My vehicle was in the front receiving lane and with my key in it. The last two times I had to go hunting for my key. I did not receive a confirmation notice until the morning of my appointment. I did call late Tuesday to very and had to speak with a sales manager to confirm my appointment. He was very helpful.
