Josh was great. Usually car service people piss me off but this dude was kind and professional and did his job the right way. I even saw him handle a customer issue while I was waiting. Hi I had an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off and waited. I didn’t get my car back till 11:15. I understand it can take a little while but it was quite crazy how long I had to wait. I revived a text around 10:15 saying it would be only 15 minutes and I would receive the car back. Heard nothing till 11:15, so I walked up to the service desk to see what was taking so long. They finally said it was done. However no one knew where my car was. So I waited outside for over 5 minutes while they finally figured out where my car was. I was late for work because of how long it took. I will not be coming back here again.

You charged me 19.99 to rotate my tires. They were never rotated. It’s not Bill’s fault. The technician who worked on my car never rotated the tires. I marked them to see if they would be changed. They were not. I wonder what other work orders were not completed. I paid over 700.00 and I’m not very happy. I will be calling the service center on Monday

The work performed was fine. I have an issue with the text messaging system. I was given the option to skip the check out line and click on the link to pay. I clicked but I could not figure out how to pay. So I waited behind four people ahead of me, maybe 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, my total bill was about $100 more than the document I had viewed on the text message.
I had no issue with the work that was done or the employees.
