I love the video I get before any work is done so I can see what needs fixed or replaced. I also appreciate the free shuttle service so I’m not stuck there and I can get stuff done at home. The man that checked me in was very helpful and showed a great attitude, you can tell he likes working with the public and making sure the customer is taken care of.

Kate was amazing. No complaints. I am very upset with the scheduling at this location. Not the first time I made an appointment and had to wait an hour before they even took my car back. I understand being behind on schedule but a phone call would have been nice. I called and scheduled at a specific time thinking they’d honor my appointment. At this rate you should just become a walk in service store because you do not care about appointment times and being on schedule.
