My car broke down 8 miles after I picked it up from you guys today this is the third time had this problem too since I originally brought the car to you. I placed a call at the Toyota of America regarding the issues that I’m having with this vehicle, I realize that the service advisor is not any smarter than I with regard to engines, but I’m just not sure why this vehicle continues to fail at 59,000 miles

Samantha is a wonderful employee. I left barrel Toyota about eight years ago and have been pleasantly pleased working with Samantha over those past several years. When I learned that she had left, I was actually getting ready to leave and go back to barrel. She was the reason I drove the extra distance to your service center.
