I walk around the corner and a young lady with a pony tail at the service desk waved to me. Now keep in mind I have not been at Toyota for awhile. BUT as I was leaving she said good by to me and use. d my first name. I found that amazing. I said you been here for awhile 10 yr. Now that was a quality moment she need’s recognize for it. She is customer driven.
