I expected on arrival to be greeted instead of the rep asking me questions without looking up from his computer. Was not friendly or professional. Just an “OK” experience.

It was not the service advisor’s fault, but he asked me why I showed up and that my vehicle was not due for service until November. However I was called and texted and emailed multiple times during Summer informing me that my vehicle was due for service, urging me to schedule a service appointment asap. Your advisor told me it was not him (I knew that already, duh). It doesn’t make sense and wastes valuable time. Because I took time off and drove all the way there, I told him to do it early any way. Not cool, not good, not economically in the best interest of the client! Your customer service people who pester your clients for appointments should be better informed.

The quality of the work is always great but the amount of time it takes is disappointing. Was told an hour today and it took 1 hour and 45 min. To change the oil, cabin filter, and engine filter. Could have been in and out of valvoline in 20 min. Keep telling myself that it’s because ya all are more thorough in the inspection and all I hope that’s the case. Just seems like every time I’m there the expected time is exponentially less than the actual.

Upon my first initial service visit, after diagnosis, a cost was provided for repairs. I stated I had an extended warranty, which the service advisory argued I did not. This lead me to contact the sales and finance departs on my own to verify I had a 10 yr/100,000 mile warranty, which they did confirm. My cost was adjusted and parts were order. I received a call to schedule service. I was alerted repairs were completed but I could not pickup my vehicle until the payment was issued by the warranty company, I was then told I would receive a call back to pickup my vehicle. I never received a call and had to call the next day to inquire. My paper work was found and I was told I could pickup my vehicle. Upon pickup my invoice did not have the warranted cost removed and that had to be rectified. The correction were made and bill paid.
