I need someone to open my ticket back up because I got an email for post delivery feedback and I have yet to pick up my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on March 6th to be inspected by a TFS from Toyota corporate. As of today, March 16th my vehicle is still at your dealership and has not been released yet. Documentation is of utmost importance for me to document how many days my vehicle has been in the shop for repairs or inspection. I suggest someone reopen my ticket from the date it was closed as it is still in your possession and still being worked on.

The service itself was fine. The wait time was ridiculous. I had a 9:00 am appointment. I got there at 8:45. My car wasn’t ready until 11:15. It took way too long, and I was waiting in the customer lounge. Very disappointed. I like getting my car serviced at a Toyota dealership, but no where else ever takes nearly as long for an oil change and tire rotation. And you were not that busy.

I had an appointment at noon and didn’t leave dealership until around 5pm. I was told it would be a couple of hours which is perfectly fine however my car had been ready over and hour and I had to go ask because I didn’t get a text update or a call. When I went to counter to ask for status and they didn’t know it had been sitting there for over an hour and a half.
