It’s normally an hour or so to get my dads truck serviced but they were so busy and the technician constantly stayed in contact with dad about his truck, the technician was very helpful and kind.

I hate the windshield cleaner. It makes the biggest mess instead of leaving a nice clear glass. Just had my car washed before getting it serviced. When I left Toyota the cleaner had been used and I need to recreate my car.

The 2020 Toyota is still outside at the Service Center. It is Totaled out and will not be repaired. We are awaiting the Insurance adjuster. They said it will be next week till an adjuster will be able to go out and do an estimate of the damages. Karen has been very helpful. I keep receiving a text message that states that my vehicle has been repaired and ready to come home. It's now time to be thankful for my patience. I have spoken to Gilli about getting a Tundra.
