I called one day to make an appointment for simple oil change the next morning at 9 AM. I asked how long it would take & was given an estimate 30 minutes to an hour. And I asked the cost so I would not be in sticker shock. After getting checked in….after two hours and 52 minutes later, my vehicle was the next in line!!!!!!!! I asked for my keys and requested the two vehicles behind mine be moved so I could get the hell out of there!!! NO apologies nor was a discount offered! Zero % satisfaction Zero chance I will recommend !!!!

1 the cost of a simple tire rotation is unacceptable
2 my check list did not have rotation marked but I was charged
3 I was first in line and still had to wait almost 2.5 hrs
