When i bought my toyota highlander on 2024 he sold me a Grand Highlander (matte gray) different color and when i sing the papers and he gave me the keys he gave me a light gray highlander and i got mad at the beginning but then i was like okay i like the color too and i already sign the papers so its mine now and it was super late already, but when i got home i discover that it was a highlander and not a grand highlander and that was what upset my the most, i thought 1000 dlls was okay because it was a grand highlander not a regular highlander.

I was told they were waiting for approval? Named all things I already knew but was only there for said oil/filter change. An hour & a half?

I was told by Jaquie it was going to be a month waiting period. After the month past I started calling to ask on the status. I time she just told she let me know when ready because they didn't have a technician available and the second time she just told me it was in a bay... and also it took almost 2 weeks for my rental car to be available
