My "needs maintenance " notification is still on. Do I need to take it back or can you remotely fix that

The service was great as was my advisor when she was available. When we walked in the manager interrupted what my advisor was doing to help me so he could scold the staff in front of multiple customers which is unprofessional. Then when I went to pick up my vehicle the manager had the available advisors in his office and there was nobody at the service desks to assist me and other customers waiting. They could see us through the glass window in his office and still nobody came to help for about 20 minutes. Working in customer service it seems like rule number one never leave your service desks with nobody to assist customers.
