Terrible experience. I was told after signing for parts, it would be 2-3 days and I would have my truck back. 4 business days later, I followed up to see what the eta was. I got no response. I finally called at the end of the 4th day and was put on hold for about 30 minutes. I was then told something else was wrong and that I needed to sign for more parts. Come to find out, nothing had been done to fix the issue that I took the truck in for (AC/Heater). They hadn't even started on it. I needed my truck so I had to pick it up with nothing done other than an oil/filter change and headlight cleaning. I have to reschedule to get the other stuff done. I noticed that when driving home, my truck was pulling to the right. It was not doing this when dropped off. I looked under my truck to see what was going on and there is a rag stuck under my truck and oil is leaking on my garage floor. I documented this and sent it to my salesperson. Terrible job overall. If I hadn't already paid for parts I would never be back. I've really enjoyed my vehicles I have bought from you but im pretty sure you have lost me as a customer after my truck is fixed
