He went thoroughly through the vehicle history with me .. and did the manufacture recommended maintenance as per the mileage.
My husband and I had gone through it at home so I was equipped to tell him what was needed to be done if he missed anything.

Usually service and communication is great but this time it was a little off. My husband made two trips back and forth to Pueblo. One to drop off the car for scheduled appointment and then he was told that the part was not even in and we’d have to wait till the next day. We had a loaner but I did not want to be without my car that had my kids car seats and the hassle of moving them when we were told service was Monday 9:30am that should’ve only taken two hours to complete. So my husband had to drive back up pick up the car and cancel the service.
