Were it not for the rescue of your shop’s reputation by Donte Clark, a consummate professional, I would have been aghast at the arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable position taken by your service dept. representative who attempted to charge me $206 for a 10,000 mile service BECAUSE MY ODOMETER READ 11,000 miles. I have already engaged Lexus Corporate in Plano on this issue.

My home garage still fills with the smell of burnt oil caused by the mechanic not replacing the oil cap after the oil change. Oil spray covered the engine and ran down to the floor and driveway. I brought the car back and had it cleaned and oil topped up but the residual has to burn off.

Hi - we love our new car. I would like to provide some feedback that when we purchased our vehicle we asked the question as to if when we brought the car in for its scheduled service appointments if the car was going to be washed. We were told that it was indeed going to be washed. Our first 5k service did not have the car washed.

I had to return a couple hours later because my tire had 10 pounds of pressure too much.
So I spent 2.5 hrs waiting for them to tell me that there wasn’t a leak in my tire and because I didn’t check upon completion I had to return and get air removed (not knowing if I had too much air or my sensor was bad)
