During a wash I wish they would dry the inside of doors, wiping any soil off. Very pleasant staff. Comfortable waiting area.

I'm always a little shocked at the amount of repairs but they seem to find and the prices. I'm usually never able to afford all they recommend and I have to do it in bits and pieces. I will say the service is great but we pay for it it's very expensive.

Trevor provided excellent service! I had surgery this morning and had another doctor’s appointment for 7:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. My car suddenly stopped working this morning. Within a short period of time this afternoon he had the problem diagnosed, battery installed, car washed and delivered to my house in person!

I had an appt time but waited quite awhile; was eventually told things were busy and getting backlogged. Was told I would have to wait even longer. I was offered a loaner but declined. I did feel as though others were being attended to and I was a lesser priority. I offered to come back the following day rather than wait for additional hours. I did overhear that some customers had just dropped in and they were the ones getting attention. Validated my feelings of not being a priority customer.
The next day I was taken care of promptly and with great courtesy, however.
But, I did have to come back in to get service completed.

My RX 350 is not fixed to my satisfaction. Meaning I went in since my app was not working to state or lock my car. They said it was DSM and I paid 1800. Everyone said it was good to go. First cold morning and nope it doesn’t work. Requested my phone for an hour. I’m a mental health nurse practitioner who uses my phone for patient care. I can’t drop my phone off and give them my passcode. This a violation to my privacy and patients privacy. Lexus asked me to do a HIPPA Breach! Do better Lexus !
