The service work itself was satisfactory. But dropped off my vehicle for it 30000 mile service was told up front it would take longer , up to 3 hours. Dropped the vehicle off at 10:00 was then told it would be 2:00 due to the noon lunch hour. Came back to the dealership at 2:00. The service and wash was not completed until 4:00. 6 hours from drop off to completion is unacceptable when not mechanical repairs are needed.

Very helpful and friendly. Accommodating. I appreciated cleaning the inside windshield, but one criticism, it appears they used a dirty or greasy rag. Worse than when I started, especially when the sun shines on it. ????. Other than the cleaning job, all good.
