Trevor called me 30 minutes prior to my arrival to see if I was having my vehicle towed to Lexus. I was enroute 5 minutes away and he was a little concerned about my driving. When I arrived he quickly accessed my vehicle and even brought a team member over to assist him as the inspected the engine etc. coolant was sprayed all over every thing under the hood. I was informed it was not the rack and pinion but a leak in my radiator. My vehicle was treated like a patient and quickly attended to. I love that!!!

I dropped my vehicle off Friday night for an 8am appointment. I had to call twice, about then checking the drop off box so they could start my vehicle service. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I have learned that I can’t do that any more and will have to stay and wait in the future so my service gets completed in a timely manner. This has actually turned me off from ever wanting to buy another Lexus in the future.
