I was disappointed with the delay in finishing the process in getting me out of the service department once the car was brought to the exit bay in the dealership. The appointment was to take 75 minutes. I got there at 8:00 and received the video about the work performed on my car at 8:40 AM. I saw a black car in the exit bay around 9:30 but had not talked to any service personnel prior to that time. Another customer had the paperwork finished by a service rep who told the woman to drive around the black car. That is when I noticed that the car was mine. I continued to wait while the service reps talked to each other. It was not until a third service rep told the other male service rep to get the paperwork for my car did I talk to a service rep and sign the paperwork. I left your dealership around 9:45 am. I want to be clear, the work performed on the car, including the car wash, was very good. I was just disappointed with the lack of urgency in getting the paperwork signed by me to get me out the door once the car was ready and in the exit bay.
