My only issue was the loner car was completely out of gas when I drove away from the service dept.

Jonathan was supposed to call me back after our initial conversation. He said he wanted to review the previous images. (Understandable. I still haven’t heard from him, but I still continue to receive text messages asking about the service. I have text back indicating that I’d like to know the status of the issue- They still haven’t gotten back to me
I was somewhat amenable to hearing what your resolution might be- but now I wonder if I need to escalate this he matter?
