My direct interactions with TJ were good as well as with other staff members. I do not have any complaints about work completed either. My issue is that I was there for 5.5 hours without any communication of how long the service would take. I came in for a normal maintenance that shouldn’t have taken long. I ended up needing to replace some parts (drive belt, brake pads). I recognize that work takes longer, and do not have any complaints about how long it took. However, no one kept me updated on progress or gave an estimation of how long it would take. The only communication I had while waiting was the text message of the inspection report.
