Mr Cole never updated me. After 2 1/2 hours he should have let me know if they were checking my car out or was there a delay. Mr Cole has a communication problem. I prefer a tech coming and telling me the problem not sending me a text to figure out myself. Im old school, I had to contact him myself and he never gave me his phone number. I had to call and ask who was my tech. I want use Mr Cole again. I knew it was going to take awhile for the mechanic to check out my car but any update would have helped.

I was convinced to add additional service (e.g. 4 new tires and balancing) to my 2025 Rav4 upon coming in for my standard 20,000 mile service. I was not told how long this would take, as I only had one hour on my lunch break. After waiting for 90 minutes, I asked a Tuscaloosa Toyota employee to check on the status. I was then told the service hadn’t even started and it would be 2 more hours. This is completely unacceptable, as it ruined my work for the entire afternoon. I will never bring my vehicle into Tuscaloosa Toyota again. The communication is horrible and the service is not exceptional. Regards, Andrew B

I feel that TJ did a great job communicating with me concerning car issues, calling me several times with questions. He was not good with natural communication. I had to ask if I should follow him and what the protocol was when I dropped the car. When I picked up and paid at check out, the girls never said hello or thank you. It seemed that everyone was tense, tired and stressed. It was an awkward visit. Not sure what was going on. Sure it is not my business but,I can have my oil changed closer to home without feeling uncomfortable. I had a great experience when I purchased my car. Have told many friends how wonderful the folks a Tuscaloosa Toyota are. I truly appreciate that!!

During the inspection of my cabin filter my seat had gotten dirty.I didn't notice at first and returned to the dealership. David personally cleaned that up for me himself. When you have an employee wo goes above and beyond they should be recognized. Very pleased with your services.
