I was in and out in great time. And that was with replacing a trim piece that had broken and was still under warranty. Ryan Engelman, what's such a great help and had such a vast knowledge of not only my service needs. But how he could help me under my warranty. Even when I come in for service and ryan is not my advisor I still get great care. For me, it will be no one else. But tuscaloosa, toyota, great job guys, i'm a customer for life!
