I think Ryan is great. I was just not happy with toyota not finding and repairing the issue that I went in for. I understand a piece had to be ordered but I had a bad rattle that they could not fix and is still there. For all I know the tire is gonna fall off. Very upset about this. I spent over 40000 and can't get a rattle fixed.

I was not completely satisfied. I was under the impression that you might price match tires and was surprised when you mentioned that you did some but, not Discount Tires with a copy of the quote. We went with you because you are local and I do my Sienna maintenance with you when we are in town. We were disappointed in your decision.
On the other hand we were pleased with your service people. They were prompt, efficient and did the job well. My Sienna drives nicely.
