Ryan was polite and gave me all the information I needed from start to finish. He even provided a video of what was done and the results of the inspection. I have never had that provided to me.

Hi. Made appt to have alignment. Discussed at check in what I wanted and why I suspected the toe to be out. After 2 hours, I was told that the car didn’t pull on road test, so alignment was not done. I was not charged, but did not get service requested, so it was just a waste of a couple of hours. I was offered the opportunity to speak with the service advisor if I was willing to wait longer. I declined.

I had to have my SUV towed from 50 miles away. My cousin and I were on our way to North Alabama from Biloxi, Mississippi trying to get to North Alabama ahead of the storm. We are two older ladies and this situation was very upsetting. Chuck got my car in right away and had the issue diagnosed. Everyone there was pleasant, friendly and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Chuck could not have been nicer or more understanding. This was one of the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
