I had to wait over an hour for a tire rotation and multi-point check. When the girl checked on me while I was waiting, I asked her to check on the long wait. She said they were waiting on me to respond to the text about what they had found, but I had never been sent the text. I wouldn't complain, but this is not the first time I've waiting far longer than I should have. Not sure if you're overscheduling or what.
