Will Averett met me at my vehicle in line for my 15k mile service. He registered me into the system, asked for my key and indicated there was coffee available in the customers lounge. He was very polite and friendly. He alerted me that my vehicle was ready. He escorted me to my vehicle thanked me for choosing Tuscaloosa Toyota.
It was a great experience. No hassle, no fuss, just Quality service and great customer service.

$189 diagnostic fee is ridiculous to find out why my 3 year old trucks (That I bought from you less than a year ago) doors don't lock. On top of that no one seemed to be aware the folding mirror fix could be an issue with the infotainment system. I had to inform them of what I found on Google and it still didn't get checked.

Ryan did an excellent job handling interactions with my maintenance work today and I felt he went above and beyond the normal interactions I have when dropping off vehicle for maintenance. He listen to concerns about possible ticking noise with air conditioning mentioning it may be leaves in the filter. He opened it right up and sure enough several leaves on the filter. He listened to my concern about some residue on my clear shield behind the steering while from a fumigation cleaning I had down with you guys in the past. He offered to reduce price on labor to replace the screen if it couldn’t be cleaned. I appreciate that thought on that but will hold off in case any future dash work needs to happen, maybe kill two birds with one **** at that time.
