I had a scheduled 5000 mile fluid check and tire rotation and waited 2 hrs for completion. The previous service ofthe same kind only took 35-40 minutes. What has changed?

Will was very nice and my disappointment was nothing to do with him . The problem was it took 2 hours and 15 mins to rotate my tires !!! Y’all called me on Wednesday and asked me if I would like to make appointment . It looked like yall were way overbooked !!
I was happy with everything except the length it took . Hopefully it will not be that way next time .
