Initially it was just average. The opened my door. Didn't say anything, not excuse me or I'm about to get some numbers from my vehicle. When purchasing my truck back in October, Alan assured me that the service department had changed. The verdict is still out. I in the recent past had decided that Serra would perform my service.

Hello, I’m a frequent customer of Tuscaloosa Toyota and this visit was the worst. I don’t know who to say that had my appointment mixed up. But before I arrived I already had an appointment but I was not connected to my Servicemen, Chuck. I saw about three servicemen total before seeing Chuck. I would say that T.J. made sure that my car was taken care of. So hopefully on my next visit I will be able to talk to one person. Erica M
