Initially it was just average. The opened my door. Didn't say anything, not excuse me or I'm about to get some numbers from my vehicle. I’m a frequent customer of Tuscaloosa Toyota and this visit was the worst. I don’t know who to say that had my appointment mixed up. But before I arrived I already had an appointment but I was not connected to my Servicemen, Chuck. I saw about three servicemen total before seeing Chuck. I would say that T.J. made sure that my car was taken care of. So hopefully on my next visit I will be able to talk to one person.
