Kevin was very professional and I was pleased that he took the time to suggest I avail the Toyo guard service since mine is expiring in a few weeks. Even though there was an additional service that needed to be done the wait time was minimal. Very happy with the service. Thanks Kevin

It took to visits to get my tire fixed! First one was on Saturday! I came in with a lake and my tire asked him to check it out! They did my service and rotated my tires and added pressure to my tire! When I got home on Saturday, my tire pressure went down! So I had to come back in on Monday and have my tire checked again! Because I was losing pressure! I had a nail in my tire, so my tire had to be replaced! Everything could’ve been dealt with on Saturday, but somebody didn’t take time to pay attention to my tire!’ Very disappointed in the service that I got both times!!

Eddie was awesome! He understood my concerns when I learned what work I needed for my car. He went above and beyond and made sure I knew what was needed and why. He also made sure I got a loaner vehicle which melted my heart! He escorted me around and made me feel like I was the only one there. Kim gave me the biggest welcome when I came to pick up my car.
