Jessica and Justin provided me with the most thorough evaluation of my 2002 Toyota Highlander and the recommended repairs needed, with price estimates! The Air Conditioning compressor was the priority on this visit, but I have to evaluate the future repair costs versus car payments for approximately 6 years. I am sure the V6 is only 1/2 way through it's lifespan, at my present mileage of 163,399 miles. Toyota quality and the great people that the dealership employs, are the reasons I keep coming back! I always feel super rushed as soon as I pull in to get out of my car and get the baby out. I asked the girl that was moving the cars to place a piece of plastic on the seat section under their bum because I just had my seats sanitized. She told me she would but I watched from the window at the parts department and she didn’t. When I checked out I asked her one more time and she lied directly to my face.
