Lost my lug nut key. The expert evaluated my seat noise on my 23 tundra and it is still clearly not fixed and they have not tried to fix it. I’ve already complained twice before in these surveys and doesn’t seem to matter. I’m not asking much as I don’t know what a bumper to bumper warranty covers if it doesn’t cover a creaky seat or multiple vibrations. My 22 tundra it took three visits to get a rear view mirror replaced after I told you to replace it and wasted my time making two trips to “tighten” it and the third trip, what do you know, you finally replaced it. I guess I have to drive further away to another dealer. So frustrating.
