Only thing that would’ve made the experience better would be a courtesy car for use for customers who are waiting for awhile I was there almost 3 hours, starving, but unsure how to work the vending machines and didn’t want to use debit either. Would have been nice to leave, grab a bite of lunch and come back.

I am very happy with Jim my service advisor. However, this is the fourth time I have brought my vehicles to this dealership and had issues this particular one was with my wife’s car. They crushed the oil drain plug too tight (my opinion is they did not replace the washer). Photos are documented within the system. Oil was everywhere in my carport. they came back and fixed it and said they (OVER) tightened it at the oil change. I think there needs to be some adjustment on the technicians to understand the torque value for a simple service.
I will service my vehicle’s moving forward. Sorry for a bad review but when you have four times in a row enough is enough.
