This dealer was completely unwilling to assist me in repairing a recurring issue in tandem with an outside dealer. In over 10 years as a dealer certified technician I've never seen such blatant unwillingness to help a customer.

My family owned and operated Esposti DCJ, Esposti Ford and Esposti Chevrolet In Sonoma County for 15 years until Karl my uncle died in plane crash in plane crash in 2005. I was a Service Manager as well as a GM for 2 stores. Nicole told me my oil cooler was on national backorder and my truck would be there for 3 months. Or... I could pay out of pocket for almost $900. Advised call dodge myself. We know damn well that's what service managers and parts/service directors are for. Micheal did a knock down job for dealing with it. Called Dodge and got it covered by Dodge. I never in my 20 years seen Dodge be ok with a car down for 3 months and not try and be flexible. After approved NO one called me back. NO one texted me back. We have ability to text. I get service advisors get slammed but with text there almost o excuse. Honestly was absolute crap service and complete avoidable. If someone cares and wants to chat id be happy to chat. You guys can do better and wouldn't take army. Tony Esposti ****-****-xxxx

First, when I made the appointment they said to bring th truck in at 7:45 am and the shuttle will take me to work the shuttle driver doesn’t even get there until 8:30!!! I have to call someone to come get me to take me to work. What I brought my truck in for can’t be fixed until y’all get your **** together and get a fix for the recall on my truck. I want to sell my truck and now I can’t because no one will buy it with the electrochromic breaking system needs service. Then I tried to get the shuttle to pick me up and take me to the dealership and no one ever called me back. Again I had to have someone come get me and bring there!!!! Total ****!!!

Jena told me at the beginning that the repair was going to take 4 hours, at the 4th hour I text her asking for an update on my car. I didn’t get a respond, an hour later, I texted her again and I didn’t get a response. At the 6th hour. I texted her again and no response. I call the customer service 4 times trying to get an update, they keep transferring me to Jena and no response. Then I call to get a ride back to the dealer to find out about my car, no response either. I ended up taking an uber to go back to the dealer, I get there and she lie, she told me many excuses. Anyways horrible service, no communication, rude lady.

Very happy with Paul....but also Ron in parts. Ron notified me the part arrived. Paul went to check and daily the part was on backorder along with alot more ABS BRAKE MODULES . When I told Paul I just spoke to Ron.....he found Ron and my part. I thought I might have been waiting a year!!!!@ Such a blessing to be able to tow again with my truck. I had developed a very sour taste about dodge stopping to make the part after 7 years. My truck is just 8 years old with 50k miles. Very glad to have it on the road again with our trailer

Samual “Ben” honestly was the best service advisor I have ever experienced. I’ve purchased new cars for 35 years. Ben’s personality and professionalism was on display. He absolutely represented the dealership. All our needs were taken care of. His interpersonal skills and sense of humor was outstanding. Ben made me feel like family.
