Paul Young was amazing! I have never worked with Paul in the past, during the services I have had on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Paul was courteous and attentive. I had left multiple messages with several people in the service department asking for a call back to help me schedule an appointment for damage on my newly purchased jeep that was there prior to my buying it. After two weeks of leaving voicemails with no returned calls, I drove to the dealership to speak with someone in person. Michael talked to me and when he found out what I needed, he was able to handle making the appointment right away. He was great about texting to confirm that I dropped the Jeep off okay and everything went smoothly. He really helped to make up for my calls not being returned. Michael was great to work with!!

The only concern was the price, $3,000 for what was essentially a 30,000 full service. I left the truck at 8:30 and received a call about 12:30 it was ready, just 4 hours!
