I had to call 5 times to get through to someone for a simple update on the prognosis. The sales manager ended up fielding the call he was the first person who actually answered the phone. I was told “answering the phone knowing the customer might be upset is difficult.” I have worked in customer service my entire life. A simple “we haven’t gotten to your truck yet” would have been nice. I picked up my truck, not fixed, I paid for the part. I will be back next week. I expect this will not happen a second time. Commercial vehicles loaded with tools should be a priority.

I was cited my appointment would take an hour but maybe a little longer. I left to do errands and was dropped off 90 minutes later. When I asked for an update I was informed that my car had not even started yet. I understand things happen. I get that there are delays. But I had an urgent appointment later that day. Had I known there was a possibility of my supposed one hour time actually taking 4. I would have made it known and rescheduled for another date. Instead I got locked into waiting for my car. I am grateful that they made efforts to expedite things, unfortunately I received my car too late which then affected that appointment. I would not be writing this if there was a slight delay. But this was far, far, far more than a slight delay. On a side note, it took them easily 5-10 minutes to check me in and out. You should look at your software to see how it can be more efficient. That is a very, very, very long time compared to other services I’ve used and I don’t know why it would take that long unless your employees were playing minesweeper and intentionally delaying things.

We were told it would take a couple of hours for routing semiannual maintenance. Even tho I noted it in the pre registration, the service person did not know we had the extended CardinaleWay 5-yr service contract; he eventually found it. I received a follow up text offering a contact. 4 hours later I texted the contact, "What's the status." I never received a reply. We called twice only to be told the car was being worked on. I called again at 5 pm and got stuck in a voice mail tree waiting for an answer. I later received an email that the car was ready but service was closing at 6. So we rushed down an picked it up. This was not the service we were used to from Lithia.
