Took my jeep in and nothing was done the starter is still failing and the play in the drive train I did further research and found it he chain in the transfer case is severely stretched out your excuse is that the jeep just does that I’m not happy

Difficult to reach your service director. Called numerous times to ask about status and told they are not there. Leave a message and they rarely call back. No one told me a warranty part was on back order until about 3 weeks in. I ask if they can do what work they have and call me when the part is in and they said no because it's warranty. I ask if there is any other options for them to get the part because I now have a huge rental car bill over a month and my service guy says nope just wait. I finally get to speak with the parts manager on the 5th week and he gets the part from Petaluma in less than 2 full business days. Why wasn't that explored 5 weeks ago? Now I'm out 3 grand for a rental car that could have costed significantly less. I still have to pay for some of the work so there's another 1k. Over 4 grand total cost for something that should have been less than 2k. That's unacceptable no matter how you cut it.

Jena was perfect. The problem I was charged $200.00 labor for basically a free oil job. I would like that refunded please. $200.00 for a filter and brake fluid is kind of a major ripoff. Over 2 hours for the oil change alone. I had a noon appointment.

This service appointment was very easy abcs convenient! I was able to book the appointment online for the day and time I wanted. When I arrived I was immediately checked in.
